LESSON BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please phone or text the lesson booking number (0491 727 595) for all lesson enquiries, bookings or cancellations.
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all lesson cancellations. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge of 50% lesson fee. No shows for a booked lesson, or same day cancellation will be charged at the full lesson fee.
- Continued or excessive cancellations may result in permanent cancellation of your lesson booking, and it will be passed to the next on the wait list.
- Please note all lesson payments are due on the day of the lesson. We do not offer accounts.
- You can pay cash at time of lesson, or a bank transfer. Please use your surname or invoice number if making bank transfer. Repeated late payments could result in a late payment fee, or cancellation of your lesson bookings.
- Lessons will generally proceed in light rain. However, for the safety of our riders and horses, lessons may be cancelled with short notice at the discretion of management, due to muddy conditions, rain and/or windy weather. In this case, the customer will be offered a make up lesson on a different day (date subject to availability).

All clinics need to be paid in full, by the due date, for your booking to be confirmed. All clinics need to be booked online, due to limited number of participants for each clinic.
After booking, you will receive an email with our bank account details,
to make payment in full. Please note the due date for the payment.
If payment has not made by the due date, your spot may be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
CLINIC PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, DUE TO EARLY BOOKING & PAYMENT FOR CATTLE ETC.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR DAY CLINICS
Each clinic is open to riders aged 16 and over.
STRICTLY one horse per rider, and one rider per horse.
Helmets are compulsory for all riders under 18. Helmets are optional for all riders over 18.
Please note that overnight camping is not available at this time.
No dogs please, as they can be a distraction to the horses.
Please bring plenty of bottled water and your lunch, there are no shops nearby.
Please take all rubbish with you when you leave, to respect the private property.
There will be an additional charge of $20 for all non-riding family members (over 10yrs of age) that attend on the day. There will be a charge of $50 for all non riding fence-sitters that attend the clinic.
Please advise how many extras will be coming along at the time of your booking.
Children under 14 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
